Throughout her career, Roma has built a reputation of aiming high, pushing boundaries, and getting things done. Her past experience as a Senior Director for a Fortune500 company has equipped her to be strategic, creative, and resilient. She is versed in leading individuals, teams, and leadership up through the CEO into making big ticket, needle-moving decisions during times of volatility, transition, and risk. 

Roma originally hails from Cleveland but considers Columbus home, residing in Bexley with her husband, Lee and two daughters. She comes from a large extended family and places high importance on staying connected and showing up for each other... values that extend into her client relationships.

Outside of real estate, Roma dreams of doing big things with her family and in the local community- everything from investment properties, to interior design projects, to volunteering at the Columbus Museum of Art and Flying Horse Farms, to mentoring students at her alma mater The Kent State School of Fashion & Merchandising.
